Hydraulic jack and Pneumatic jack

Car jack is used to top up car body for changing spare tires. It becomes popular not only for car repair shops, but also car owners, as their cars might need to change tire when they are outside.

Car jack is divided into pneumatic, electric, hydraulic and mechanical types, generally we use hydraulic and pneumatic jack.

Hydraulic jack includes bottle jack and floor jack.

Bottle jack is economic and tiny, but it's lifting and lowering speed is slow, and the oil pump's easy to leakage decreases it's lifetime and safety.

Floor jack is essential lifting equipment in auto repair. It has replaced original trench and trough, portable, safe and convenient. Capacity optional from 2 ton to 20 ton.

How to use floor jack: (1). The vehicle should be fixed before repairing, so as to prevent people and vehicle damage caused by slippery in the lifting process. Using hand brake to fix vehicle is not enough, we also need to adjust the gear. (2). Floor jack must be placed on hard and flat ground. If the car broken down in the soft or sandy area, use hard board under the jack to ensure the jack support angle. (3). When using the jack, it must be stand in the support point, which is made by steel plate. (4). When lifting, it must be stable and speed controlled, over fast is not allowed.

Pneumatic jack is designed with air inlet valve, air release valve, safety valve, pressure gauge and etc. It's fast inflation and deflation process is convenient for users. The compressor air pressure must be under 8kg/cm², and the pressure gauge indicates the pressure of the inner air bag. Lifting weight for this jack is 2500kgs. When not supporting, exceed is no allowed. Life time for pneumatic jack is more than 5 years.

The features of pneumatic jack: (1). Time and effort saving. Because it's pneumatic lifting and lowering, no need for labor force, convenient and efficient. (2).
